Award-winning child actress Xyriel Manabat teaches the whole family about the value of protecting the environment in a special episode of “Wansapanataym” this Saturday (August 4).
In the ‘Fairy Garden’ episode, Xyriel gives life to the role of Rose, a girl who has no respect for nature. As she continues to kill and ruin all the plants that her mom planted, Rose discovers that there are magical pixies looking after their garden. Will Rose finally learn to value and take care of her surroundings when she puts her mom’s life at risk?
Together with Xyriel in the episode are Noel Trinidad, Giselle Sanchez, Maricar de Mesa, Michael Flores, Ellice Joson, and Annikka Gonzales. It is written by Crisanto Lim and directed by Avel Sunpongco.
“Wansapanataym” is a part of ABS-CBN’s “Bida Best Kid” campaign launched recently that aims to empower children by encouraging them to become who they want to be and the best that they can be. It doesn’t only entertain and educate its young viewers with its values-oriented, child-friendly programs, but supports their dreams and aspirations as well.
